Finished power steering reservoir

Here is the completed reservoir for the hydraulic steering fluid, all aluminium construction with custom cap. The reservoir did not take long due to the cap which I made two years ago for the rocker cover as a replacement for the factory oil cap. I ended up removing as the heat soak from the engine heated the cap up to a point which I could not touch it unless I had a rag, this made it redundant and I went back to the factory one. The thread in the rocker cover is 30mm x 3.5mm thread pitch with a square thread form.

The modified fuel rail is done

The twin entry fuel rail is now complete. In order to feed both ends of the rail I machined up a threaded tee out of bronze as I was unable to purchase one. The next step is to fit the injectors when they return and fit the main feed line to the tee and a return line from the fuel pressure regulator.
